How we approach this type of event
A corporate party changes pace three or four times: welcome, speeches, cocktail or dinner, then music. The technical setup has to keep up without being noticed. We prepare an installation that moves from perfectly clear speech to party atmosphere with no reconfiguration visible to your guests.
We work in very different venues: private mansions, showrooms, reception halls, galleries, privatised restaurants. Sound and lighting are tuned first for the venue, then for the programme of the evening.
What we install
- Sound for speeches and background music, wireless mics and lectern
- Main PA adapted to the capacity and acoustics of the venue
- Ambient lighting, lighting of the logo, the bar and the spaces
- DJ or band sound and lighting for the dance floor
- Screens or video projection for logos, slideshows and messages
- Technician on site throughout the evening
What to prepare
- Give us the minute-by-minute run of show: it determines the number of mics and the changes of configuration.
- Tell us the finishing time and any neighbourhood constraints, which limit the sound level.
- Plan the loading access and the setup hours with the venue.
- Logo and visual projections are prepared in advance, not on the day.

How much does the technical side of a corporate party in Paris cost?

Can you handle both the speeches and the DJ part?
Yes. The same technician and the same installation cover the speeches and then the dance party, with settings adapted to each moment.
Do you work in a venue with no technical equipment?
Yes. We bring the sound, lighting and video equipment, and we check the power supply, access and setup hours with the venue.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as possible, especially in December, in June and during Fashion Week. Give us your date and we will tell you if we are available.
