How we approach this type of event
A successful seminar often comes down to technical details: a mic that passes from hand to hand without feedback, a screen readable from the back of the room, a quick transition between the plenary and the workshops. We anticipate these moments with you before the day.
We are not limited to Paris. Our teams have travelled for seminars and congresses in Vichy and Antwerp, and we prepare the transport and installation logistics with you.
What we install

- Display screens, projection and presentation control
- Recording and livestream for remote participants
- Equipment suited to workshops and side rooms

What to prepare
- Send the programme with the rooms and the times: we size the equipment room by room.
- Tell us if presentations arrive at the last minute: we plan a file-reception station.
- For a seminar outside Île-de-France, let's discuss equipment transport from the first request.
- If participants follow remotely, the recording is prepared with the room, not afterwards.

Do you travel outside Paris for a seminar?
Yes. We work in Paris and Île-de-France, and we travel elsewhere in France and abroad on request, as we did in Vichy and Antwerp. Travel is priced in the quote.
Can you handle several rooms in parallel?
Yes, with one installation per room and a team sized to the number of spaces. Give us the room plan and the times so that we can organise the team.
Can the seminar be streamed to remote colleagues?
Yes. We record the plenary with several cameras and stream it live to the platform of your choice. See our video and recording page.
Do you also provide the closing party?
Yes: DJ or band sound, ambient lighting and a technician until the end of the evening.
