Awards, gala and ceremony
A ceremony hinges on precise moments: the announcement, the walk onto the stage, the applause. Pompadour tunes the sound, lighting and video of your award shows and galas in Paris so that every highlight lands.

How we approach this type of event
An awards ceremony follows a tight run of show: walk-in music, announcement, light on the winner, speech, photos. We work from that run of show and prepare lighting moods and sound transitions that leave the floor to the people being honoured.
For a gala, the ceremony is followed by a dinner and an evening party. The same team handles both parts: sound for the ceremony, ambience for the dinner, music and lighting for the party.
What we install
- Stage sound, wireless mics and lectern for hosts and winners
- Stage lighting and highlight lighting
- Screens to display nominees, logos and videos
- Recording of the ceremony for communications
- Dinner background sound, then dance party if needed
- Technical production throughout the event
What to prepare
- Send the run of show of the ceremony: it determines the music, lighting and videos.
- Tell us the number of winners and how they come up on stage.
- Prepare the presentation videos in the requested formats before the day before.
- If the ceremony is filmed, the lighting has to be designed for the camera.

Frequently asked questions
Can you handle the winners' entrances and the music?
Yes. We follow the run of show with a sound, lighting and video control position, to sync music, lighting and projection to each announcement.
Do you film the ceremony?
Yes, with one or several cameras and video control, for broadcast or later communication.
Do you also handle the dinner and the party?
Yes: background sound for the dinner, then music and lighting for the party, with the same technician.
Do you work in prestigious venues?
Yes, private mansions, historic halls and performance venues. We adapt the installation to the constraints of the venue.
