How we approach this type of event
A DJ set is not set up like a concert. In an unusual venue, you have to find where to put the decks, how to deliver sound without overloading a small space, how to light without dazzling. We have equipped DJ sets in bakeries, cafés and hotels.
For a concert or an orchestra, the sound relies on a main PA, stage monitors and a technician who follows the band. We adapt the setup to the room and the capacity.
What we install
- Main PA, subwoofers and fill speakers
- DJ setup: decks, mixer, monitors and monitoring
- Stage monitors and in-ear monitors for the musicians
- Stage lighting, effects and ambience, fixtures according to the venue
- Room lighting and staging of the artist
- Sound and lighting technician until the end of the set
What to prepare
- Send the artist's technical sheet or rider: we plan the equipment accordingly.
- For an unusual venue, a quick site visit avoids access surprises.
- Tell us the desired sound level and any neighbourhood constraints.
- Plan enough power for the sound and the lighting.
