How we approach this type of event
A team building mixes animated moments, free time and an evening party. The technical setup must be able to follow the host around the space, cover several locations in the same day and install quickly. We prepare equipment that is mobile, simple to move and simple to power.
For an incentive trip, we organise with you the transport of the equipment and the presence of a technician. We have equipped seminars and team parties in Antwerp, in reception venues and on company sites.
What we install
- Wireless or host mics for the animator and the instructions
- Mobile sound for games and workshops
- Screens or projection for rules, scores and award presentations
- End-of-day party sound and lighting
- Photo or video recording of the day on request
- Technician on site during the key moments
What to prepare
- Tell us the locations of the day and the route: the equipment is sized for each stage.
- For an outdoor activity, plan a power supply or battery-powered equipment.
- Plan an awards moment: clean sound makes it a real highlight.
- Tell us if the day is being recorded for internal communications.
