How we approach this type of event
An outdoor event also means thinking about the street, the sun, the wind, the neighbours and safety. We install aluminium structures, stages, sound systems and lighting designed for both day and night.
We have equipped Fête de la Musique on the Seine quays, a firefighters' ball in Paris, a procession sound system in the street and a party in Italy. Each installation is prepared with the organiser, the authorities or the venue.
What we install
- Aluminium stage structure, flooring and black drapes
- Main PA and subwoofers for a large audience
- Stage and ambient lighting, fixtures and effects
- Truck or procession sound for mobile events
- Sound and lighting control on site throughout the event
- Build and strike supervised by a dedicated team
What to prepare
- Check with the town hall or the venue for permits, the finishing time and the permitted sound level.
- Tell us the available power supply or plan for a generator.
- Think about the weather: we plan protections and fallback solutions.
- A build on the public highway requires clear access and precise hours.

Frequently asked questions
Do you set up stages in the middle of the street?
Yes. We equipped the Paris firefighters' ball at the Boursault fire station, in liaison with the organiser.
Do you provide the stage and the structure?
Yes: aluminium structure, flooring, drapes and rigging points for sound and lighting.
Do you provide sound for a procession or a march?
Yes, with a sound truck or a mobile setup. We have provided procession sound in the streets of Paris.
What happens in bad weather?
We plan equipment protection and, if the event allows, a fallback plan. Let's discuss it during preparation.
