How we approach this type of event
For a private reception, you want an atmosphere, not a visible rig. We hide the cables, place the speakers so that music surrounds without overpowering conversation, and adjust the lighting so that each moment of the dinner, the speeches and the party has its own colour.
We work in exceptional venues: Parisian private mansions, courtyards and gardens, estates abroad. When the venue is far away, we organise the transport of the equipment and the team on site.
What we install
- Sound for dinners, speeches and parties
- Ambient lighting, string lights, fixtures and lighting of the venue
- Sound and control for a DJ, band or orchestra
- Mics for speeches, with discreet tuning
- Technician on site until the end of the evening
- Work in France and abroad on request
What to prepare
- Tell us the number of guests and the plan of the venue: the setup is sized for them.
- Give us the neighbourhood constraints and the authorised finishing time.
- Plan the power source if the party is outdoors.
- For a reception abroad, let us know early: transport and permits take time to prepare.
