How we approach this type of event

A hybrid event has to satisfy two audiences at once: the room and the screen. We install several cameras, a video mixer and a control position that composes the picture live, with the room's sound and the projected presentations, so remote viewers see and hear as if they were present.

We have handled the broadcast of congresses, annual meetings and conferences, in Paris and elsewhere in France. We test the stream before the audience arrives to avoid surprises.

What we install

• Multi-camera recording
• Video control with mixer and live mixing
• Live streaming to the platform of your choice
• Room sound mixed for streaming, with speaker returns
• Integration of presentations and projected content
• Recording for later broadcast or replay

What to prepare

• Tell us the streaming platform and the expected number of viewers: the connection is sized accordingly.
• Check with the venue for access to a stable wired network connection.
• Plan a technical rehearsal before the audience arrives.
• If speakers are remote, plan a way to bring them into the picture and the sound of the room.
