How we approach this type of event
For a panel, the difficulty is simple to state: several voices, several mics, a room whose acoustics were not designed for it. We tune the sound so that every speaker is understood from the first row to the last, with no echo or feedback.
When the event is filmed or broadcast, the recording is built into the setup: several cameras, a video mixer and a control position that composes the picture live. You leave with a clean recording, or a livestream that has already aired.

What to prepare
- Send us the presentations in advance: we test the formats and resolutions before the audience arrives.
- Tell us whether the event is recorded or broadcast: the number of cameras and the lighting depend on it.
- For a panel, plan one mic per speaker and a host mic.
- Check network access with the venue if a livestream is planned.

What equipment for a panel of five speakers?
It depends on the room and the format: wireless or table mics, a host mic, monitors if needed and a sound technician for the levels. We specify it in the quote after seeing the venue and the room plan.
Are the screens provided?
Yes, we bring the display screens or video projection, the presentation control and the connectors for your computers.
Do you work in rooms that are not equipped?
Yes. We bring the sound, screens and lighting needed, and we organise access, power and setup time with the venue.
