How we approach this type of event
A brand party is first of all an image. The lighting stages the product, the logo and the materials of the venue; the music sets the rhythm; the screens carry the message. We work with your teams or your agency so that the technical side serves the art direction, never the other way round.
We have equipped launches in spirits, restaurants, fashion and publishing: very varied venues, small capacities or several hundred guests, often with tight setup constraints. It is our daily routine.

What to prepare
- Share the moodboard or the art direction: we adapt the lighting to the colours and materials.
- If the venue imposes short setup hours, give them to us very early.
- Tell us if a talent, a DJ or a special guest is performing: it changes the sound setup.
- Prepare the video content (logos, videos) in the requested formats before the day before.

Do you work with agencies and art directors?
Yes. We work directly or as a subcontractor of an agency and we follow the art direction for lighting, sound and video.
Can you install in a very short time?
It depends on the venue and the setup. We are used to tight installations; give us the access hours and we will tell you what is feasible.
Do you also handle the DJ part of the party?
We install the DJ's sound and lighting. The choice and booking of the artist remain your responsibility or that of the agency, unless otherwise agreed.
Do you work for fashion or luxury brands?
Yes, we work in prestigious venues and showrooms. We respect the confidentiality of your events.
